Of course we do! It is important to partake in training sessions when you are first starting off to set you off on the right foot. We offer training sessions to more experienced fitness enthusiasts as well. No matter what your age or fitness level, we will find you the right trainer who will help make improvements to your fitness level, guaranteed.
We allow you to take up two lessons completely risk-free. If you are not 100% satisfied after two lessons, we will refund your entire lesson purchase.
Either on the home page, the header, or at the top of this page you can input a zip code, city, or town to view the available trainers in your area. By clicking on a particular profile you can view a trainer's qualifications, availability, as well as specific locations to ensure that you are selecting the right coach for your training needs.
After finding a trainer who you feel comfortable booking sessions with, you can setup a session package through the "Book Online" button. You can also setup lessons over the phone with our customer service department at 877-660-5552 We're around 9 AM-6 PM CST to answer any questions and help you find the perfect instructor.
Contact information will be sent to you via email after your session package is purchased. Within 48 hours, your trainer will be contacting by both email or phone to introduce themself and confirm your initial training sessions. You will be able to contact your trainer with questions regarding time change, location, or just to say you are excited about getting started! We offer Private as well as Group Sessions (2 or more). We do not have any set "Group Sessions" that you can join, but feel free to book sessions with as many people as you want. Each person you add to a session package purchase is only an additional $10. Training with a friend not only allows you to find your comfort zone, but you will also save on your hourly session rate.
Sessions are typically 1 hour long. If requested, sessions can also be done in hour and a half or 2 hour increments.
All you need to bring is a bottle of water, and proper athletic equipment for your session (to be discussed with your trainer prior to the sessions).
Once you have signed up with us at, you can contact your trainer to reschedule. To give our trainers enough time, we request that you reschedule 24 hours in advance. Regarding more permanent changes such as a new location, time of day, or package plan, you can either email or call directly at 877-660-5552 and we will be sure to take care of you.
Our training sessions are conducted by trainers who have been thoroughly screened by our hiring team. Each trainer has been reviewed, spoken with, and reference checked to ensure quality. Feedback on past sessions is also important in determining the quality of each trainer.
