We stand behind the service we provide. If you are not satisfied with your training sessions, please call or email us. We will do our best to resolve the issue by finding you a new instructor or refunding your package purchase.
At FitnessTrainer.com we want to be sure that you have the ideal training experience, which is why we offer our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
- If you are not satisfied with your initial instructor we will match you with another instructor for no additional charge.
- If you take your first two sessions and decide that you do not wish to continue at all with sessions, we will refund the session package, INCLUDING the amount paid for the first two sessions you took.
- In order to obtain a refund, you must provide us with a notice of cancellation within 48 hours following your second session. Please note that if you take any sessions past your second session or you fail to give us said 48 hours of notice following your second session, you will not be refunded.
- Though we do not offer single sessions for purchase or trial sessions, the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all session packages, which are paid for up front.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
- It is imperative that you give your instructor/student 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend/conduct the session. All cancellations and rescheduling of sessions should be arranged between the student and instructor.
- If a session must be cancelled after the 24 hour window due to either inclimate weather or personal emergency, be sure to communicate this with your instructor/student asap.
- All missed sessions not rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours will be marked as complete (extenuating circumstances noted above aside).
- All credits for training sessions expire 1 year from purchase.
