What to Expect

Most training sessions begin with the discussion of what your goals are, both long and short term. As a trainer I will work with you to set reasonable goals. For example, a short-term goal might be to complete 60 minutes of cardiovascular exercise by the end of the week; a long-term goal might be to fit into pants two dresses smaller for your birthday, anniversary or a special occasion. Goal setting is not only an important way to measure success -- it also lets your me know just how strong your motivation is for adopting a healthier lifestyle. Where do I begin? Priscilla is absolutely amazing! I honestly was SO nervous booking a personal trainer to help me attain my goals for my upcoming wedding but she literally broke any fears I had. Ehe is patient and very kind. She wants the best for you so she will push you but that is also what you need in a trainer. Priscilla is an amazing trainer! As she said to me once: "I spend this time in YOUR world." She is totally atuned to me--the way I'm breathing (or not), the color of my face, the flex in my arms, the speed of my movements.

I am 77-years-old and have been doing weight training for years, but Priscilla is the first trainer to really understand my issues. With her help I'm finally mastering my breathing problems. She slows me down when needed but also can get that extra two reps out of me with her "you can do it, easy peasy" encouragement.

Priscilla is totally reliable, easy-going, sweet tempered, extremely knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more!

Priscilla is great trainer. Very motivated and inspiring. Since I've been training with her, I've lost 56 lbs and 10 inches off my waistline through her great diet plan and exercise program. I would recommend her to anyone as a trainer.
