Philosophy: Our health is the most precious thing we possess and oftentimes we take it for granted. Life moves at a hectic pace; between family and work it's difficult to find time for ourselves. What to Expect

Most training sessions begin with the discussion of what your goals are, both long and short term. As a trainer I will work with you to set reasonable goals. For example, a short-term goal might be to complete 60 minutes of cardiovascular exercise by the end of the week; a long-term goal might be to fit into pants two dresses smaller for your birthday, anniversary or a special occasion. Goal setting is not only an important way to measure success -- it also lets your me know just how strong your motivation is for adopting a healthier lifestyle.
