Getting into good habits early with exercise and nutrition can go a long way to improving our quality of life and keeping us prepared for the demands life puts on us.

What to Expect

Most training sessions begin with the discussion of what your goals are, both long and short term. As a trainer I will work with you to set reasonable goals. For example, a short-term goal might be to complete 60 minutes of cardiovascular exercise by the end of the week; a long-term goal might be to fit into pants two dresses smaller for your birthday, anniversary or a special occasion. Goal setting is not only an important way to measure success -- it also lets your me know just how strong your motivation is for adopting a healthier lifestyle.

Priscilla is an amazing trainer! As she said to me once: "I spend this time in YOUR world." She is totally atuned to me--the way I'm breathing (or not), the color of my face, the flex in my arms, the speed of my movements.

I am 77-years-old and have been doing weight training for years, but Priscilla is the first trainer to really understand my issues. With her help I'm finally mastering my breathing problems.
