Zane is a very diverse trainer with a multi disciplinary background to insure you reach your goals. As a previous D1 BIG 10 athlete, Petty understands what it takes to push beyond limits. While working with various athletic programs and with multiple types of training philosophies, Petty has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in designing specialized fitness programs. He believes in building a well rounded athlete working on speed and explosion while correcting any imbalances an individual has. Petty also specializes in weight loss and weight gain. With a Nutrition certification from NASM, Petty has the knowledge to fit the perfect meal plan to your personalized training program.

Sessions are different based on client goals. An example of a weight loss and strength building session would be as follows. Quick warm up. 4 main exercises to start. 2-3 specific exercises and then finish with cardio.
My client success stories are more than just weight loss. I have had clients come in with knee and ankle pain making it very difficult to wear heels .for work. When we were done she had no pain and was wearing heels feeling great. I have had a man in his 40s become the strongest he's ever been with me. I have also had clients lose weight and get back to having abs.
