I've been working with Zack for about 6 months now primarily lifting and doing HIIT workouts. I used to take a lot of classes/lift on my own but never really saw consistent results and got bored/discouraged easily. Working with Zack I saw/felt results after the first couple sessions and have improved SO MUCH in a short period of time. My arms/legs look so much stronger and more toned without looking bulky, which was always a concern of mine being a woman and I have ab definition for the first time. Would definitely recommend - he really knows how to target different muscle groups and keeps the workouts interesting, I never get bored or felt like I was stalling in my progress. 10/10
Zack is a great coach. He goes at my own pace and makes sure I am comfortable while performing the lifts. I have learned a lot and look forward to learning more!
