Certified through NASM and always seeking new knowledge, I provide the latest and most extensive knowledge to each client, to ensure the greatest results. I can help you reach your goal of weight loss, muscle building, injury rehab, improved posture, flexibility, and/or athletic performance. I also offer meal plans as well.

A consultation discussing the needs and wants of the client. Scheduling, current diet, health, and activity level will all be discussed in order to make a program. A functional assessment will be made to determine any muscle imbalances and postural deficiencies. Depending on the clients goals, an exercise program will be made. For weight loss, a warm up session will be first, followed by stretches, then cardio and circuit training will take place. For muscle building, a warm up session is first, then stretching, then stability exercises, then strength training.
