Hi, my name is Zachary. I want to help you become a better person than you were yesterday. Whether your primary focus is on weight-loss, general fitness, athletics or any other focus, I can help you on your journey towards achieving and living within those goals. Starting something new is always difficult and finding a trainer to trust shouldn't be just as difficult. In my at-home gym you will be given one-on-one training in a real judgement-free zone where the only thing that stands in your way is yourself. After answering some basic questions, undergoing baseline measurements, and performing a movement screen you will have the chance to experience real workouts. What to Expect

A typical training session will usually start with a good warm-up. Here we will work on improving your mobility for the upcoming exercises as well as increasing your core temperature. This allows for optimal blood flow to all the major body parts so you feel ready to tackle the session. After the warm-up we will knock out a workout that has been drawn up for your individual needs. It may be sets of compound lifts to increase strength, a high intensity workout focused on metabolic conditioning, corrective exercises to recover from a work-injury or a culmination of all. We will most likely speak during rest periods about nutrition, tackling obstacles that you came across, or the random funny stories I have about what happened to me that day. We will then end with a bit of mobility to make sure that the next time you come in you feel more and more capable.

Client Success Story

I had a previous client come to me overweight with a history of muscular issues, chronic lower back pain, and a very apprehensive outlook due to being constantly defeated both mentally and physically. His dream of playing his sport at the collegiate level was starting to fade. Working as a team we were able to get him to lose over 50lbs where he went from over 18% (over 40 pounds) body fat to 13% (22.75 pounds) losing just under 18 pounds of pure body fat. By the end of training he had lost over 3 inches from his chest, over 8 inches from his waist, and over 4 inches from his hips. He not only improved his on-field performance but also improved all of his times for each of the tests that a player of his sport would be evaluated on. In the end this client reduced his risk of injury, eliminated his back pain, improved his performance, and improved his outlook and motivation. He was rewarded for this effort by not only being signed to play collegiately but also receiving a small scholarship.
