Many feel intimated walking into a gym, dealing with the suffocating atmosphere and constant up-selling of products and personal training all while not having much education at all on what or how to do things. I used to work in this environment and I hated it so I decided to do something about it.
I branched off from the commercial side of training to offer people a safe place to learn how to exercise first and then move on to developing strength and increased ability through my workout programs to work towards and achieve their goals.

What to Expect
Client training varies from person to person. If you have limitations, we work on them. If you don't fully understand certain exercises, we work on them. If you need more assistance with nutrition and how you can eat better to achieve your goals, we work on that. Training isn't simple, but that's why I deal with the complicated stuff. My job is to communicate this complex stuff in a way that you can implement it. Everything we do has a reason for it and I believe every one of my clients understands that with this system of training they are always improving.
