Hi, my name is Zachary. I am an ACE (American Counsel on Exercise) certified trainer, competitive power lifter, and a United States Marine. I've held two state records in power lifting for the state of Florida in the squat and total categories for (cumulative total of your best bench, squat, and deadlift) the American Powerlifting Association Junior Raw division. I have been training for 7 years in barbell related movements. Currently I am training to compete sometime this winter and hit a master class total. Besides personal accomplishments, I am highly driven and very persistent in reaching both any goal big or small. I pride in honesty and will always give my opinion professionally. Lastly, keeping an open mind brings forth new opportunities.

In a typical session clients can expect not only a purposeful training session, but a session that will cover not only what you will be doing but how and why you are doing your movement, so that you, not only get a great workout, but leave each session with a better understanding of how the human body responds to training stimulus.

Had her squat increase from 70lbs to 145lbs in the same amount of time. 24 year old female with aesthetic/strength oriented goals took her deadlift from 95lbs to 225lbs in 6 months, and her 135lb squat to 165lbs with better form. 60 year old male recently had rotator cuff surgery and was told he wouldn't be able to start lifting or play racquet ball for another 7 months. Showed the client how to rehab the area more efficiently and in 3 months is comfortably and safely lifting and will be playing racquet ball within 4 months of working with me. 35 year old male lost 26lbs in 5 months of working with me.
