About Me

Hi, my name is Zach. My passion for health and fitness is something I look forward to helping people with on a daily basis. I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine personal trainer. I had trained with Naval Special Warfare team doing PST's with former SWCC Operator and SEAL. I have been the Senior Director of training for Golds Gym to make sure that proper form and nutrition were in place to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals.
