Hi, my name is Yi Feng. I had been playing sports such as table tennis, badminton, basketball, and soccer with friends since I was little. But over the years, I developed injuries due to the carelessness. When I finally had to stop physical activities to recover, I started gaining a lot of weights and developed back pain, neck pain, and joint pains because I spent too much time on video games. So I started to study how to exercise properly and effectively. After I fixed my own problems and being active again with physical activities, I started to help my family and friends with their problems. I felt great when I saw their improvement with my help, and I knew this is what I wanted to do: to share my knowledge and help people.
