Hello there! I'm Yelena. I’ve been personal training for 5 years now. I started working out/lifting when I was 15-years-old and have been doing so since. I could say "Fitness is my passion," but that would not encompass the empowered feeling I experience through my training regime.
I focus on getting my clients stronger, fitter, and leaner. Our goal as a team is to gain strength, build muscle, and lose fat with the overall objective of striving to become a more empowered person. Training is a analogy to your life and I use it to teach you how lifting and exercise is quite equivalent if not the same to life.
Nutrition is key when it comes to reaching your fitness goals. Through my program you will learn essential nutritional information to better assist you in your journey to a stronger, fitter and leaner life.
