About Me

Hi, my name is Xavier. Once overweight myself, I decide to take matters into my own hands. Started to train myself to drop the weight and try to finish a Spartan race, after achieving that goal I decided to get certified by NASM and became a boxing/kickboxing coach. I now teach at UFC gym in SOHO, love and enjoy teaching technique strength and conditioning.
