After an initial assesment, we will know how you are feeling, & proceed accordingly. Usually we will begin with some simple movements to open & awaken the body. Yoga and martial arts gives us many suitable options. After that, some light to moderate martial arts or simple body-weight movements to further raise the chi and prepare for the transition to the strength training. You will learn how to properly and effectively strengthen your body while also learning to avoid injury to ensure you get the most out of your efforts. Special tools at my facility include a full-size cable crossover tower, olympic rings (better than TRX), Hyper-extension Bench (Roman Chair), Punching/Kicking Bag, Focus Mitts, Sparring Gear. Iām always adding new tools and methods as well.

The best review I can write for William is the most difficult to write - you must experience it for yourself. I worked with Will for a couple of months before embarking on a very important business trip to Europe. Will was different from other coaches I had worked with in that he actually educated me along the way and imparted wise words of wisdom and knowledge about the mechanics of fitness and nutrition. His background is in Martial Arts -as is mine- so we were able to connect regarding the importance of breathing and stretching - while engaging in cardio and strength training. Not only does his professional merit speak wonders, so does his personal qualities. He is a calming and very grounded presence. Almost as though he meditates throughout the day. Always has a smile on his face and was always on time. He was a joy to work with. I highly recommend working with Will.
I have been training will Wil Warren for the past eight years. He is a skilled, professional, and knowledgeable trainer who has taught me so much about health and fitness. Through a combined program of kick boxing, chi sao and weight training he has helped me improve my appearance, endurance and strength. I have more energy. Wil's style of training is so awesome! He make each session unique and exciting! I have chosen personal training AND Kung Fu together because it's not just training the muscles but we do drills and self defense. I feel much more relaxed, aware and able bodied :) Wil Rocks!
