About Me

Hi my name is Will! I am currently an exercise specialist for St. Luke’s Fitness and Sports Performance. I have an undergrad degree in exercise science from Penn State and a masters degree as well from East Stroudsburg University. I have been working in sports performance for the last 5 years and have worked previously for Lehigh University, Harvard University, and Albright College. I am currently the head strength coach for Saucon Valley High School Athletics. I hold a CSCS certification from the NSCA.

What to Expect

Start with some stretching and mobility training, followed by weight training with core work, finishing up with some cardiovascular activity. My training philosophy is simple, to help every individual realize their fullest potential, and have them leave each workout completely satisfied.
