About Me

Peace and blessings to all my beautiful HUMAN BEINGS! I am a 23 young man, being of service to my people. I'm Brooklyn born and raised in Queens, NY. I have been involved in organized sports since the age of 7 and aspired to play professional football. I graduated high school in 2013 and pursued my dream of football at a community college in California. I overcame an ACL tear my freshman year and came back to play my last 2 years. While there, I also worked as a student athletic trainer, catering to all athletes at the school. Being there and going through my trials and tribulations, helped me develop my passion for the human body. I graduated with my associates in health and exercise science, then transferred to University at Albany in upstate NY. I enrolled as a human biology major, taking more human development courses. Unfortunately, I received a hold on my account and forced my hand to just work and pay rent. My passion to help people didn't stop me so I went and certified myself as a fitness trainer. I'm truly ready to help individuals seek their greatest version of themselves. ALL PRAISE TO THE MOST HIGH!

What to Expect

My trainings are broken down into sub-workout categories. Giving you a structure that has transitions, for more of a psychological effect to keep your mind focused. Us as humans tend to get distracted, so I have a system to help you understand the purpose of each workout. Also to help give you a visual of relatable, everyday actions.
