About Me

Hi, my name is Will. I’ve been a successful strength and conditioning coach working with many area high school athletes that have performed at the collegiate and professional ranks. Growing up in Sudbury, a suburb outside of Boston I learned early lessons on the value of adopting nutrition and weight training as a way to enhance my performance on the athletic fields and adopted it as a way of life. I was fortunate enough to earn a full athletic football scholarship to the University of West Georgia. I’ve since transferred that passion and drive exhibited as an athlete to the fitness industry, by creating customized training systems. My experience is broad and extensive not just limiting me to the realm of sports performance. My former clientele base ranges from functional training, injury prevention, weight reduction and those looking to achieve or maintain a certain lifestyle. I strive to help people reach their goals big or small and bring the best out of them. Being viewed as a highly motivated individual I’m very eager and up to the task of helping guide individuals towards the choice of a healthier lifestyle. I'm looking to provide an upbeat, learning and empowering environment towards the client’s journey. I'm resourceful and creative in my style of workouts by having knowledge and interest in different training modalities, this will always keep it fresh so you, the client is kept engaged and challenged. I'm a teacher and believe in developing the person within not just the body outside. Once they believe in the cause, the journey of self-improvement and the growth will take care of itself. I'm driven and experienced but humble and compassionate towards the clients’ struggles; being fully aware this is not a cookie cutter one size fits all industry. I pride myself on being able to find your Level and make you work and improve on it.
