I have been passionate about fitness for more than 20 years. From my own journey to personal fitness, to my first fitness facility, "Willy's Power Gym" in Benin, West Africa (with equipment built with recycle iron with a welder), my to my current focus as a personal trainer to those special clients seeking performance, fitness and wellness, I use a combination of knowledge gained from my own personal fitness regimen and techniques learned during my formal training as a personal trainer to bring my clients a wide range of fitness approaches to achieve maximum results what ever the goal is. Because I love my job and I am good at it, I train clients of all ages, levels and goals.
What to Expect
With me, a client can expect a warmup (dynamic and active stretching [if need be after a foam rolling], then the workout, and finally some static and/or foam rolling to release the muscle for better recovery. The whole session will mainly focus on the client's goal, but I will always add any corrective exercise or specific exercise I find necessary to avoid injury to my client or to improve his performance.
