About Me

I developed my passion for fitness while I was in middle school. I've played football through high school and into semi-pro. I was a part of the U.S. Army. I got into the fitness field in 2007 as a personal training manager and later was promoted to a personal training general manager. I left my place of employment to continue my career as an independent trainer in 2011 which has allowed me to develop a whole other level of passion for the fitness industry.

What you can expect in a typical session with me is positive energy and education. I strongly believe that good trainers can get their clients to lose weight while great trainers will educate their clients on how to keep it off. They will guide their clients into making that full lifestyle change.

I'm currently working with a client who realized that making a complete lifestyle change is a matter of life and death. Despite the mental and emotional setbacks, we have pushed through. Before she wasn't able to walk more than 20 yards without having to stop and take a breath. Now she is now walking laps around her building. Her day to day routine and eating habits are now fully conducive of her weight-loss goals. She has also regained confidence in herself that allows her to get out of her home more often.
