Hi, I'm FITNEY! I'm a certified Personal trainer, boxing coach, supplement, and nutrition specialist. Why I'm A Personal Trainer: I am obsessed with fitness. Early on, I realized I had a passion for fitness and health, more so than the average person. And-- I love sharing my knowledge and passion with my clients. Instead of encouraging people to find their own path to health and fitness, I found it MUCH easier to guide them along the way. I have every muscle, workout, calorie, measurement, portion and diet memorized-- I am a professional-- I have the experience and expertise to get my clients to their goals and then some. And, I love doing it.
ASFA
S W E A T. I am efficient with your and MY time. If I can get the workout you need in 45 minutes or less, I will do it. Depending on the client's age, goals, and timing, my sessions are a mix of cardio boxing, weight training, and high intensity interval training. If we're training a few days a week, I like to break up the body into sections. I.E, Monday Legs, Wednesday Arms and Abs, Friday, Full body! I also am always introducing new exercises to my clients. I switch it up! My clients are never bored of working out with Fitney. Lastly, you can expect to have some control. I always ask my clients for their opinion and feedback during an after. If you don't like an exercise, I have 100 more that will most likely be just as important. I am not here to make your workout horrible, I'm here to make it enjoyable and VERY difficult!
Male Client, Mid 40's, Works from Home, Major sweet tooth, Married with one 10-year-old son. My client wanted to get active and into working out. He sits all day, has little time to workout, and of course, doesn't enjoy "healthy" food. His initial motivation wore off quickly. We trained 2x a week, but after 2-3 weeks, his motivation in the workout began to drop. Slowly but surely, he began to enjoy the workouts. Slowly but surely, he noticed a relationship between the foods he was eating and his performance in a workout. As time went on, and with my guidance, he began to crave crap food less often. I never tell my clients to cut out any food, but I do show clients how to eat what you want in proportion to their goals. Like I said, eventually, this client began to understand that healthy, filling food was more rewarding than fast-food. I've been with my client for 5 months. Just last week he told me I changed his life. On the weekends, he bikes with his son. He even signed up for a bike ride from Malibu to Newport beach, just for fun. In the evening in his free time, his son and him are working out together and pratcing Martial Arts. As a game, whenever his son is teaching him something and he does it incorrectly, my client does 10 pushups. All in All my client explained: - He has more energy for life and fun because of his new fitness routine - He enjoys fit activities that were difficult or "tiring" prior to working with me - He has found an enjoyment for healthy food and a balanced for junk food - He see's sweets and treats as a reward and a family activity, rather than a guilty pleasure - He works out because it makes him feel good. Not because he has too.

Whitney is fantastic. Wide and deep base of knowledge, I've learned things from her I've never picked up from other trainers. Motivating, easy to work with and creative in her exercise selection, I'd recommend her to everyone without reservation, she's a keeper!!
