Hi! My name is Whitney and I offer personal training out of my private home studio in Austin, Texas. I’ve been teaching group exercise classes for more than 20 years and am passionate about fitness, helping clients get healthier and improve their quality of life through better nutrition and movement.
I'd like to note that I only train women.
I work to understand my clients’ goals, obstacles, likes and dislikes, injuries, and anything else that may help me know them better and create a tailored fitness program customized for each individual. I believe by working together, I can help my clients achieve their goals related to health and fitness.
My private home studio in south Austin features sprung hardwood flooring which is the safest option for minimal impact on joints. This professional space lets you workout in a comfortable environment with a fitness plan designed just for you.

What to Expect
I train female clients out of my private home studio in south Austin. My studio features sprung hardwood floors, which are safest for joints, and is a very comfortable atmosphere. My sessions are 60 minutes. I offer many training formats, including bootcamp, strength, suspension training, barre, yoga, Pilates and step aerobics. I work with clients to understand their goals and design unique, custom programs for each person.

I met Whitney in 2009. I joined her class as a novice. She took the time to break down her combinations to make sure I was understanding them and now it has become almost second nature. Her classes are exhilarating and high intensity. She keeps the music and combinations current. I also trained under her in body sculpting.
