Hi! My name is Whitney and I offer personal training and small group fitness classes out of my private home studio in Austin, Texas -- all just for women! I’ve been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years and am passionate about helping clients get healthier and improve their quality of life through better nutrition and movement. For personal training, I work to understand my clients’ goals, obstacles, likes and dislikes, injuries, and anything else that may help me know them better and create a tailored fitness program customized for each individual. I believe by working together, I can help my clients achieve their goals related to health and fitness. For small group fitness classes, I have Cardio Dance, Pilates, Barre, PiYo, Boot Camp, Step Aerobics and Kickboxing. I train female clients out of my private home studio in south Austin. My studio features sprung hardwood floors, which are safest for joints, and is a very comfortable atmosphere. My sessions are 60 minutes. I offer many training formats, including bootcamp, strength, suspension training, barre, yoga, Pilates and step aerobics. I work with clients to understand their goals and design unique, custom programs for each person.
Whitney is amazing!! She is a great motivator. She created a program for me that never gets boring or monotonous. The session really does seem to go by quickly. Her home studio is very professional with lots of space and walls of mirrors like a public gym would have. She is really great at what she does, and her enthusiasm is contagious. She took the time to break down her combinations to make sure I was understanding them and now it has become almost second nature. Her classes are exhilarating and high intensity. She keeps the music and combinations current. I also trained under her in body sculpting. Her workouts sometimes included weights and/or using your own body weight.
