Hi, my name is Wesley. I have been involved in sports and fitness all my life. I played football and ran track in high school. I won MVP and a few weightlifting competitions. I received a B.S. Degree in Health and Fitness (Exercise Physiology) and a Minor in Nutrition. I have been training since 1994. I have trained professional , college and high school athletes. I have trained people ages 10-80 of all fitness levels. I have trained prenatal, and postnatal women. I have trained people with closed head injuries, COPD, and even a double lung transplant. However, most people I train just want to get in shape, lose weight and feel great!
Depending on your needs and goals, I will take you through a full body workout specific for you. All workouts will be different. I will stretch you at the end of every workout.
I have helped an athlete achieve his goal of winning a Stanley Cup, and I have helped a person lose over 90lbs. One of the most rewarding challenges was to help a client get back to normal life after having a double lung transplant.

We hired Wes 2 1/2 years ago as a personal trainer. He comes to our house an average 2 times a week and trains both my husband and I. He spends an hour each session and instructs us on exercises that benefit all parts of our bodies. He pushes and motivates us to gradually increase the amount of weight and endurance. While this can be quite strenuous and painful at times, he is acutely aware of our limitations and boundaries. On a personal note, he has a wonderful sense of humor and is extremely professional. He is always on time and is quite accommodating to our schedules. We give him our highest recommendation.
