My name is Wes, the owner of Live Your Fire Fitness. I began my journey to fitness as I approached 30 years and realized I needed a change. From there I started working out and fell in love with fitness. I then felt compelled to help others do the same. I want to positively impact as many lives as possible through fitness and health.

There is typical training session with me, however I do believe the healthiest bodies are built through increasing strength, flexibility and building a strong core. Those three components are incorporated into every session.
An overweight client came to me wanting to show her children that change was possible. She lost 30 pounds over the course of the first year working with me and that in turn, inspired her husband to become more active and eat healthier. To this day, they continue to live a healthier lifestyle and are now inspiring others to do the same.
