I am the head trainer/co-owner of i:Train Studios, in Lancaster, PA. “Our clients walk into the Studio for the first time fearful and hesitant, but ultimately leave as better versions of themselves. After a few weeks of working with us and being part of the community, they are happier and stronger than ever before. They all inspire me.” When I was younger, I lived in Zimbabwe with my family. That’s where I met a missionary who was also a bodybuilder. Fascinated by the missionary, I began talking to her about my dreams and aspirations. At some point, she showed me a picture of Arnold Schwarzenegger…and that was the turning point for me. That’s who I wanted to be. To achieve my goal of becoming Arnold Schwarzenegger, I began training children in my neighborhood for 10 cents per person, hoping to save enough money so that I could buy a plane ticket to America. After 3 years of saving, I finally bought a ticket and made my way to the airport. Before boarding the plane, I was asked to provide my Visa, to which I replied, “Who’s Visa?” The attendant disposed of his ticket and shooed me away. Back home, I felt defeated and discouraged. I told my mother, “I can’t do it anyway. Arnold is big and I’m not.” My mother turned to me, eyes holding my gaze and said, “If size mattered, the elephant would be the king of the jungle. You’re a lion!” Taking my mother’s words to heart, I never gave up on my dream and always chased after my passion. But this time, I was a lion. I moved to Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 2005 and worked hard to integrate myself into the health and fitness industry in every way possible. I attended the National Personal Training Institute of Philadelphia, receiving a degree in Physiology and Anatomy with a minor in Dietary Nutrition and Exercise Science. I founded i:Train Studios (also known as iTrainWithWayne) in 2014 and have continuously helped individuals reach their fullest potential, both mentally and physically ever since. Outside of the Studio, I loves spending time with my son, Xsavior. I can also be found participating in many community events and taking time to catch up with fellow i:Train Studios lions and lionesses.
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists
Training sessions are 50 minutes. Each client session will look a little different because each session is based on each client's goals. There will be a focus on strength and some cardio, but regardless of the client, you should expect a good, challenging workout for 50 minutes. Should you need any modifications, all exercises will be tailored to your needs.
I have a current client that has been training with me for about 6 weeks now. He has been working hard with me 3 x a week and has already dropped 4 lbs of total body weight and has gained almost 8 lbs of lean muscle mass! He has also lost 8% body fat during this time.
