What separates me from the thousands of other personal trainers in Chicago? I have reinvented the personal training experience by implementing science-backed training programs and nutritional programs (both tailored to your desired goals) to help my clients lose fat, build muscle, and tone their body's in the fastest and healthiest way possible!

What to Expect

A typical training program will start with a dynamic full-body warm up, focusing majority of it on your hips (as most people carry a lot of tension here). The workout, dependent upon your goals, will last roughly an hour and will be a mix of free-weight, body-weight, machines, battle ropes, and other various exercises that I have implemented into your workout plan.

Following the workout I will use a rolling stick to help you recover as fast as possible, followed by a full-body stretching session.
