Hi, my name is Viktor! I'm a regular guy that was overweight most of his life. While I always loved to lift, but I was also a big time food junkie. I understand the struggle of being overweight as much anyone. In fact, I became a certified trainer at 305 pounds! While fitness, health and nutrition are very important to me, I greatly value balance and have created a program where you don't have to absolutely hate life while trying to get fit. Living life and being happy is key!

My favorite success stories are from my clients that are good students. They truly take the concepts I teach to heart. A good sign of this is when your entire perception of food and exercise is shifted higher. By that I mean, after you have worked with me, what you consider a "bad" health day is a thousand times better than what you considered a "good" health day before you met me. My clients who make that switch are always great success stories!
