About Me

I am a certified personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist and group trainer specialist with the National Academic of Sports Medicine(NASM) and I have a bachelor degree in health science and public health . I have worked with different clients in the past from beginners to advance clients. I also offer ONLINE TRAINING as well. I am very passionate about fitness and I will be the right person to help you get to your health/fitness goal regardless of what your fitness level is. I am looking for SERIOUS PEOPLE who are ready to put in the work to get in better shape and improve their overall health because I will be motivating while testing and pushing your limit to better help get to your goal.

What to Expect

Expect your limit to be pushed and tested. I always encourage my clients to bring water and some towels. I will push and test your limit while motiving you. I will also go through information such as nutrition, setting realistic goal and talk about you as a person and what your fitness/health goal is about

Although I have trained many people, I will use myself as a success story. 5 years ago I was 5'5 and almost 240lbs. I wasn't happy with my weight and overall health. I have tried losing weight in the past but this time I was more determined and I had help from fitness and health trainer that motivated me every step of the way. Her help, support and motivation helped me lose over 60lbs in a year and half. I am now in the best shape of my life and I couldn't be happier. I want to provide my clients with the same support, knowledge and motivation to help get them to their fitness/health goal just i like did.
