Through my years as a college athlete and my short time in the NFL, training with the Seattle Seahawks and New York Giants, I learned a vast amount of knowledge about functional fitness and the science behind exercise. After my sports career ended, I obtained my NASM-Certified Personal Trainer certificate and have now been training a variety of clients of all levels and ages for 5 years now. With extensive experience in functional fitness at the highest levels I can help you reach your goals whether it's building/toning muscle, losing weight, performance training, or gaining a healthy lifestyle and we will have fun doing it! I am also an avid learner and am constantly researching and keeping up with current science!

We will start with an initial fitness assessment to discuss your goals and expectations and go over some health and lifestyle questions. Then after a movement screening we will go through an introductory workout and get to work!
One of the most rewarding training experiences I have had was helping a friend of mine and his wife lose weight before their wedding. They both wanted to look great for their big day and wanted to go through the journey together. It was rewarding watching them push each other and grow even closer through the experience.
