Hi, my name is Vanessa. After realizing my passion for martial arts, teaching, and fitness, I decided to become a certified trainer. I have been leading group fitness classes for over 7 years, and have been training clients for over 6 years. I believe in an all-around health & wellness approach.

Everything will be based around functional, essential movements. Depending on your needs and wants, we will determine the type of training we do. For the most part, expect full body circuit training and HIIT training. Nutrition is key, and I am here to support and guide you to make any necessary changes.
I have several. If the goal is body fat reduction, expect to lose about 2% a month. If the goal is marathon or triathlon training, expect an improvement in your movements and time. If the goal is simply feeling better, that is easily achievable, too!
