About Me

Hi, my name is Vanessa. After realizing my passion for martial arts, teaching, and fitness, I decided to become a certified trainer. I have been leading group fitness classes for over 7 years, and have been training clients for over 6 years. I believe in an all-around health & wellness approach.

What to Expect

Everything will be based around functional, essential movements. Depending on your needs and wants, we will determine the type of training we do. For the most part, expect full body circuit training and HIIT training.

Nutrition is key, and I am here to support and guide you to make any necessary changes.
