Hi, my name is Valerie! Being influenced by the social environment around me during college, I lost track of my health and stumbled upon a variety of issues mentally and physically. I wanted a better lifestyle so I joined fitness classes, went to the gym a few days a week, and hired a personal trainer. I found that my personal trainer helped me immensely in showing me proper exercise techniques, creating workouts that would cater to my progression, and just motivate me and to try harder! Since then I've kept up my physical fitness, took care of my nutrition and now I want to help others do the same!
