I don't have a typical session as I don't believe in "one size fits all" training approach. My sessions and nutrition advice are tailored to you based on your goal, body type, lifestyle, injuries etc. My main priority is to deliver safe and effective sessions to achieve your goal as quickly as possible. My second objective is to educate you, so that you are able to effectively train on your own if you ever need to.
It is difficult to choose just one success story, however one I always remember is training my client Jennifer. I first met Val in 2008 when he applied to join the senior Yeomanry Cavalry Regiment in the UK. He excelled during basic training and immediately after represented his unit on the highly prestigious Cambrian Patrol competition achieving the coveted Bronze Medal, the highest the level Squadron has ever achieved.
In 2012 he qualified as a civilian Personal Trainer and in 2015 he completed the (British) Army Physical Training Instructors course.
