Video training sessions are completed through real-time video feed, bringing your trainer to you in your home or apartment gym! Just like with in-home training, your personal trainer will guide you through your personalized workout program while observing your movements. This helps ensure good form, timed rest periods and adequate modifications are made.
I will tell you the story of Marie. She was an East Coast, stay-at-home mom of three and had gained a significant amount of weight after having her third child. She came to Untamed Fitness, wanting to lose her extra weight, but still needing to take care of her children. For the next 6 months, I trained her through video sessions three times a week with body weight movements done in her living room, leading her to lose an amazing 20 lbs!
