Hello potential clients, I became interested in fitness 5 years ago and I have been pushing myself ever since. I believe in nutrition along with hardcore strength training and cardio. I love helping others achieve their goals and we can do this together!
Warmup cardio for 10-15 minutes followed by body weight training then cool down cardio for 10-15 minutes. I also incorporate ab exercises every session along with strength and conditioning days.
