Tyree is an excellent trainer! He is creative with his approach to training and pushes his clients to work hard and be persistent. He is focused on physical health and nutrition for maximum results. I would highly recommend him!
I had the best results I have ever had with Tyree's eating and workout plan for me. I lost seven pounds in three weeks and my clothes felt looser. I was less inclined to slack off and cheat since I was always getting text messages and doing Facetime workouts. :) It was hard in the beginning, but so worth it in the end. You won't be disappointed.
I have struggled with my weight the past few years and just having my second child didn't think it was possible "to look like myself again" at my age (36). You would think with virtual training that you could slack off but not with Tyree as your trainer. He worked muscle I didn't know that I had. He consistently follows up with the ensure your success. I definitely recommend him especially if you're like me and may not be able to make to the gym for training.
Sept 2016 is when I started with Tyree I had a lot of back and core issue starting out my weight was 163 starting and now I am 142 .... losing the weight naturally and making permanent lifestyle changes... I enjoy working out....
