Hi there! My name is Tyler and I am a recent graduate of Ohio University. I have a bachelors degree in physiology of exercise and minors in biological sciences and nutritional sciences. I was a collegiate baseball player and have always been physically fit. As you can see from my background I am very into scientific approaches to health and fitness. An orthopedic surgeon I am acquainted with asked me to train him about a year ago.
