WHAT'S UP!? I'm going to be totally honest with you. I started lifting because I was pretty miserable. I was going through some familial issues at the time and was totally broke. I started lifting weights as a way of taking my mind off of everything that was wrong. And what do you know? It worked! I am new to the Glendale area. After graduating with my Master's degree in exercise science I decided to move here to sunny California to expand my training business. I have a love for the science of the human body and use my personal training as a way of spreading that knowledge.
Don't apply to train with me if you don't like hard work, because we will work hard. You can expect to have consistent feedback and make measurable progress from week to week. I keep very close track of all kinds of metrics to ensure that you are making the progress you seek. Also, you can expect to learn about training from someone with a Master's degree in the field.
After months of struggling to put on weight, Taylor was feeling defeated. He had tried everything. Fancy workouts and shiny new diets hadn't gotten him the muscle and strength he wanted. Upon striking up a conversation at the gym, he began to ask me a few questions and enjoyed our discussion. He became a client soon after. Within a few months, Taylor had gained about 9 pounds of pure muscle (no fat gain) and had added 60 pounds to his bench press max.
