About Me

As a former multi-sport athlete at the NCAA Division I and II levels, current amateur tennis competitor, and fitness enthusiast I have gathered an extravagant amount of experience surrounding building and improving our health. I personally have had to undergo some drastic bodily changes for sport with different body type goals, and needing to recover and rehabilitate injuries including major arthroscopic repair of a rotator cuff. My experience does not stop there as I have also personally trained fellow teammates, friends and family members for goals ranging all over the fitness realm from 'toning,' and 'weight loss,' to getting 'shredded for beach season.'

I have been coaching tennis for nearly 10 years to all skills and ages, and from these positions I consider my adaptability and coaching skills to be extraordinary for that of a 23 year old. Tailoring anything from an hour session to weekly plan for a customer is a skill I have come to know well. To supplement these jobs, my acquisition of the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer title and spending a summer learning from a Philadelphia garage gym, CrossFit Love, only furthered my ability to enhance all functionality of the body and its potential to grow.

I am currently pursuing further education locally, after my recent graduation from Drexel University, with a goal of attending school again for my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. There is not a day I am not actively in the gym, recovering, or planning my next session. My fitness has become an addiction and a craft I truly love to see build on itself and make my life better. I know that my passion will go miles in reflecting onto you and your goals.

What to Expect

Once we address your needs and goals, each training session will be the most efficient and effective one will need. Not a single day will ever be the same and a boring routine is the last thing one will find in my programming. We will always begin a session with a smooth warm up just after going over all instruction for the work ahead. Within the training session I will always be looking out for a flawed technique as injury prevention comes FIRST when we are working together to improve your body and life in all ways possible. By the end, you will be more than happy with the trust instilled in me to get you to that goal.
