About Me

Hi, my name is Tyler. I am a fully-certified and licensed personal trainer and a kinesiologist with a concentration in exercise and sport science. Through my studies and 5 years of experience, I have mastered the science behind training and nutrition which will optimize your results in every characteristic of fitness; from strength, speed, and power to flexibility, accuracy, and endurance. With the proper training and nutrition program I will help you achieve your SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time bound) goals. I have worked with all types of clients ranging from children to athletes to seniors.

What to Expect

I design a personalized program to reach the goals of each client, considering his or her personal situation. My clients and I will work hard together, use proper form and techniques, and give one another feedback. I will explain the reasoning for each exercise and offer alternatives if necessary.
