My name is Tyler Gescheidle (Ge-Shy-Dul) and I currently live in San Marcos with my wife, Laci, our four legged friend, Kobi, and our kitty, Stevie Nicks. I’ve been tinkering with fitness my whole life, but I really got serious about it when I graduated college in Spring of 2016. I was tired of not holding myself accountable, and made the decision to once and for all eat cleaner and make fitness a lifestyle rather than a guilt trip I bestow upon myself once or twice a week. I started out taking a liking to running, then my interest ‘jumped’ to jump-roping, and then I learned body weight exercises, resistance bands, free weights, etc. Over the years I’ve gained a ton of fitness knowledge and I’ve always had a passion for helping people and sharing with them how I keep myself accountable with fitness. That’s why I got into personal training. In late 2020 I transitioned career paths (crazy 2020 year, am I right?), and I got certified with The National Academy Sports Medicine for my personal training certificate. Although I've learned the most from participating in fitness the past 6 years, the NASM courses undoubtedly gave me foundational knowledge on the proper process to optimize results. Not to mention NASM gives me the legal ability to train people professionally! With the knowledge and love I have for fitness, I’m confident and excited to help other’s meet their goals. My personal training mission is simple: Give my client’s the tools and teaching they need to achieve results to live a healthier and happier life. If you’re interested in hiring a personal trainer, please feel free to reach out to me anytime! Tyler G, CPT.

Traditional one-on-one in person sessions remain the most effective way to train with a fitness coach. My promise to you is being there for YOU every step of the way as you achieve your goals. Whether it’s losing 50LB’S or conditioning for a marathon, I program exercises that are specific towards your goals. Every client seeks motivation, but I provide it in different ways, and I feel my best attribute as a personal trainer is adapting to each client’s individual needs.
