My name is Tyler, I am a fully certified personal trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM and hold CPR/AED qualifications. I am an avid weightlifter and prefer a holistic and practical approach to fitness. I work with my clients on changing negative habits that are preventing them from reaching their goals. I also work on improving confidence, self-esteem and self-respect, as these important characteristics will help keep you on track during your fitness journey.
