Hi, my name is Tyler. I am a lifelong weightlifting enthusiast, and I have learned from established trainers/coaches with specialties in athletic coaching, body building, strength training, and weight loss. I believe fitness should be goal oriented, and encourage positive life changes! I am a NASM CPT, and have been told I am very positive and motivating trainer!

Each session will begin with SMR (foam rolling) to work out any adhesions in the muscles, followed by light stretching and a short warm up! From there we will begin your customized program and start exercising!
