Our muscle mass starts decreases approximately 3-8% after the age of 30 and the rate on increases from there. That means we are holding on to more fat than ever before, and it SUCKS! I've been working out with Tunga as my trainer for over 3 years, 2-3 times a week. The structure of each 30-minute session is usually 3 sets of several different combination workouts. I enjoy the sessions as the time goes by fast. Tunga does a good job of hitting all the muscle groups, helping me keep good form, and pushing me with positivity. She varies the workout which keeps it fun and interesting (and hard but its worth it).
She really listens to your goals and issues (even if they change) and gives great advice. She is not judgey but is passionate, compassionate, motivating and kind.
Tunga is dependable, creative and caring. She'll meet you where you are, but push you to get better. Her workouts are never the same-they're customized and fun. I trust her implicitly and feel completely comfortable with her. I've never had a better trainer.
