Sweat, blood and tears...joking! Well not about the sweat part ;) Typical training session begins with a warm up, after that we start a circuit style training combining different exercises and equipment for an amazing workout. You will feel super accomplished and energized!
Joan is training with me for 5 months now, 3 times a week. She did not have any muscle or strength when we first started. She wanted to get leaner, more energized and healthy for her family. Tsveti was amazing! She created a schedule to meet 3 times a week at a time that is good for me - 6AM! There were so many days i did not feel like training but she always motivated me and pushed me to go through the training session and i felt great after. For 2 months i increased my strength, lost 6lbs and inches of my waist, butt and tights. The best is is feel great! The first month was hard but it gets better and now i am looking forward my own progress!! Also i can now do grown up pushups!!! :)
