Hi! I’m Tristan and I’ve been in love with helping others along their journey for over 5 years now. My background stems mostly from a strength and conditioning background, but I enjoy working with clients of all levels and current abilities. I have coaches indiciduals in multiple displines including powerlifting, weightlifting, CrossFit, Strongman and for general health!

What to Expect

A client can expect a 15 minute dynamic and passive warm-up. This will be followed by a strength training session for our planned daily movements (30 minutes), and to finish with a high intensity conditioning piece in the final 15 minutes. This, of course, is all tailored to their goals and desires!

I believe that all aspects of fitness must be trained and improved equally. My approach centers around strength training, while complementing it with high intensity conditioning and stretching.
