Hi! I’m Tristan and I’ve been in love with helping others along their journey for over 5 years now. My background stems mostly from a strength and conditioning background, but I enjoy working with clients of all levels and current abilities. I coach individuals in multiple displines including powerlifting, weightlifting, General strength, endurance sports, and for a life of health!
What to Expect
A client can expect a 15 minute dynamic and static warm-up. This will be followed by a strength training session for our planned daily movements (30 minutes), and to finish with a high intensity conditioning piece in the final 15 minutes. This, of course, is all tailored to their goals and desires!
I believe that all aspects of fitness must be trained and improved equally. My approach centers around strength training, while complementing it with high intensity conditioning and stretching.

I had never worked out in a gym- ever- and had only done the elliptical, so I was a little intimidated by the idea of working out with someone.However Tristan style is warm and personable. He is very patient with the process, I never felt pressured or insecure. I am on an extended vacation in Seattle and wanted to be sure and work out with a trainer. What a great find in Tristan. He reached out immediately and set up an appointment. The workouts have been thorough, tough and , best of all, rewarding.
His explanations are succinct and clear and he stays with you every step of the way. At the end of the session I’m tired but content ( a sign of a great workout). We did it all in an hour: cardio, stretching, weights, and all of it informative.
The hour (and he gives a FULL hour- no “delays”) flies by . His prices are very reasonable and I can’t recommend him highly enough.
I’m headed back to California in a few more days and am going to have three more sessions with Tristan and, while I’ve been with my trainer at home for three years, Tristan has set the bar a little higher for me!
