Depending on clients goals and fitness level, I will put you on a plan that's best for YOU. No person as the same plan because fitness must be personal and unique to your goals and your body. However, expect to SWEAT and work with me to feel CONFIDENT in the gym and in your meal plan. Fitness must be personal, we will create a plan that is completely results oriented, we want to set measurable goals to get you where you want to be. You will feel CONFIDENT.

Trish was great. She set up a fitness regime to fit my needs in losing 20 pounds and made sure I pushed myself in each session. Our sessions were for an hour twice a week for 8 weeks.

Trish also helped me in creating a proper diet and recommend a few healthy ingredient alternatives. I’ve reached my goals and then some and am feeling more confident than I’ve ever felt before.
