About Me

Hi, my name is Trevor. I am coming into the personal training world at almost 20-years-old and I am super excited to help people change their lives! I have been training intensely for about 6 years and play football at the collegiate level. I work with trainers that have experience coaching athletes at Stanford and the NFL level and I have gained a lot of knowledge over the years that I look forward to passing on to others. I am willing to work with any person and help them achieve whatever their fitness goal may be.

What to Expect

My training sessions vary greatly depending on the client to which I like to crest a customized plan to best fit their goals and needs. They range from anything like flexibility/functional excercise all the way to powerlifting or athletic training.

One of my favorite client success stories came from my own brother in which I helped him gain almost 30 POUNDS of muscle in about 4 months during his junior year of high school!
