Hi, my name is Trenton. I have always been active, playing sports since I was young which made for an easy transition into being a Fitness Professional. What motivates me to stay healthy is knowing how daily activities can be easy or hard based on how much I stay active. When we tend to stay sedentary, its a vicious cycle of psychological and physical depletion that is tough to break which may lead to other unhealthy decisions or injuries. With the fast pace of America today, and the convenience of fast food, it's even more important to make conscious decisions to better ourselves everyday. I enjoy helping others work through their struggles to achieve a goal, which in return, is very rewarding for me, seeing the smile on their face as they reap the benefits of a good hard workout. Nothing comes easy, and everyday is a chance to better ourselves, and with a positive attitude, we can change those around us.
