Hello, my name is Travis and I am a certified personal trainer. I am also certified in CPR and first aid. I am a co-founder to a health and fitness business called Health Hitters. We train clients in our garage, which is fully equipped with everything you need to get you in shape! We also train clients in their homes, apartments, or the outdoors.
Starting out, you will receive a free consultation where we will discuss your fitness goals. We then will design a workout program to get you to your goals and help you achieve your desired fitness levels. Each session is about an hour long and will consist of warming up, weight training, and then a light cool down and stretch.
I have been training a client who came to me to help him gain muscle. He started out at 170 pounds and 11% body fat percentage. Within two months, I have gotten him to 178 pounds and 10% body fat percentage. He is lifting more weight then he ever thought he'd be able to and feels more confident in his body.
