I'm a fitness enthusiast, certified personal trainer, NASM-CPT, corrective exercise specialist, NASM-CES and studied exercise science at Central College. I love the field of health and fitness and teaching others about exercise and how to live a better life.

I'll help you overcome your limitations, stimulate a feeling of accomplishment, recognize your achievements and help you achieve goals that you never thought possible. Throughout our training sessions, you will be doing strength training as well as highly varied circuit training/metabolic conditioning.
