After almost a decade as a social worker and training just friends and family, I decided to jump into personal training full time. I still wanted to help people, but also spread my love of fitness and wellness. I’m an ACE certified personal training with a passion for one on one sessions where I really get to know my clients and develop a plan to help them reach their goals.

Since each session is personalized to the goal and needs of the client, there is no typical session. That being said, you can expect a mix of cardio and strength training.
A doctor reached out to me to lose weight and gain some more muscle tone, never mentioning her chronic neck pain from hours and hours of performing surgery. She assumed she would just be in pain forever and it wasn’t worth mentioning. We started working out 2-4 times a week and while she reached her goal weight and got stronger, the bigger success in my eyes is that her neck pain went away. She had never thought of exercises as a cure, but she continues to work out and be pain free.
