Hi, my name is Tori. I grew up in Hammond, Louisiana as a competitive gymnast in my younger years. I began coaching the sport at 16, and learned that I had a passion for helping others reach their goals. In 2009, I graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a degree in finance. After spending about 3 years working in the corporate world while teaching group fitness part time, I quickly realized that the health and fitness industry was where I wanted to focus my career. I am an ACE certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, and I have worked in the fitness industry for over 5 years. I have worked with a variety of clients including youth, elderly, and those with particular medical conditions.

What to Expect

Training sessions are designed to help you attain your specific fitness goals. I do not offer a "one size fits all" fitness plan. For some people, sessions may include simple exercises to increase range of motion and balance, while for others it may include high intensity cardio intervals with strength training sets.

Client Success Story

I have helped clients lose over 50 lbs, but I feel that my best success stories are the ones in which I helped clients make fitness a part of their daily routines long term. I still work with some clients that were brand new to exercise over 3 three years. Now, they still hire me because they enjoy how my fitness programs have increased their quality of life.
